No Internet? All night?
Ally ported our landline phone # to her new iPhone, and when Qwest cancelled our phone service, our Internet went out as well. I spent 20 minutes on hold to figure out that’s why the Internet light on our modem is off, then another 5 to learn that the department I’d need to talk to to resolve the issue is closed for the night.
Qwest has very polite tech support, but slow to get answers.
Why is it that we’ve had so many damn problems with our phone providers since we swiched carriers? Telephone infrastructure FAIL.
