My website seems to be down

so I opened up a help ticket with Hostmonster.com to try and get it figured out. I don’t often ever visit my site, so I don’t know how long this has been going on. Here’s all I could think of saying to them:

My website isn’t working. That sucks. My cPanel won’t open up. That also sucks. I payed for 2 years of Hostmonster service less than a year ago, so this shouldn’t be happening. What’s going on?

BTW, just in case it matters, it’s approximately 2:30am MST on August 2nd. I tried to find anywhere on your website that mentions scheduled outages, but only found assurances that outages will rarely - if ever - happen. Really dropped the ball on that one, didn’t you?

Answer me, Hostmonster. What if this was my business website? My source of income? My livelihood? My life?

UPDATE:

They answered me within about 10 minutes (PRO). Scheduled outage for upgrades, and apparently they emailed me info on it already. Like I read your emails, Hostmonster. Don’t make me laugh (CON). You’d think that info would also be on their homepage for the hour-and-a-half the outage is scheduled for (CON).
